Moving day.

  1. Every since a friend asked me to pray for Erin, I have been following Dustyn & Erin's story.
I think about, and pray about, Erin and Dustyn every day. I wake up thinking about her and I go to sleep doing the same. The dedication that Dustyn has had (and still has) to his wife is just beyond anything that I have ever seen. My heart goes out to Dustyn and Erin. I thank Erin's family (and Dustyn for his courage to share), because reading about their situation has forced me to take a more appreciative look at my life and all of the blessings that I have (whether or not I think they are). Following this blog has reminded me what love is, reminded me what things in life I am lucky to be able to do (even those that I dread) and what true love and dedication are. Dustyn's unrelenting will to stay by his wife's side, and walk with her, shows that there is still true love in existence between a husband and his wife. (With so many men in the news for straying away from family values and wedding vows...this is a love story even though it's a very painful one for Dustyn and Erin, and those close to them.) I pray and wish every single day that Erin recovers 100% and that Dustyn and Erin live a long happy life together as when they'd first planned, and that when this is all said and done, they will pick up where they left off as if this never happened. Erin seems like such an amazing woman - The world is so lucky to have her and will be blessed once she is back to her old self again.
